Appearance:
While growing up away from home and away from the world, Tomoyo grew up into a rather stunning girl with long black hair, caught up in an elaborate style, framing violet eyes. She's slender in built, quite pale and around average in height for her age. Fei Wong Reed kept her, at the very least, connected to Nihon by dressing her up in the same royal purple robes worn by the mikos in Nihon.

Personality:
Tomoyo, during her youth, was a warm and kind-hearted girl with a rather quirky sense of humor. She clearly sees the good in everyone but having been given such a responsibility of looking after Nihon at such a young age, she's surprisingly mature. She's also constantly teasing those easily teased [six-year-olds tend to do that, I'm sure] including Souma and her older sister, and finding something amusing even in the unlikeliest of situations. However, she did change when she was taken captive by Fei Wong Reed and much of her memories was altered.

This Tomoyo is a bit colder than usual. As she personally does not know any of the main group and simply know them as those who were part of her master's scheme, she would keep her distance from them for most of the time so as not to compromise the Fei Wong's plans. She keeps to herself and is rather apprehensive on trusting people. She's quite intuitive and observant and possesses a sharp wit and tongue.

But during those brief moments when she is not under Fei Wong's control, she would show the remaining part of her personality when she was young. She would often concern herself about those entangled in the schemes of her master, sometimes even helping them as much or as little as she could. She also does seem to know more than what she is letting people on and worry much about the group, seeing the events that would happen in the future.

Abilities/Strengths:
As a dreamseer, Tomoyo can travel through the world of dreams basically and can accurately predict what might happen in the future. She can converse with people through their dreams, including that of her incarnations from different world. Since Tomoyo's power is that of the moon, she can also travel and send people through dimensions but that one was restrained by Fei Wong himself. She can erect kekkai or spirit barriers around a specific place for protection and has healing powers. She also have an ability to use spirit energy as projectiles or weapons.

Calm and composed, Tomoyo is someone who would not stand down even in the face of pressure or danger. She could very well protect herself. Despite often under the control of Fei Wong, Tomoyo has her times when she is conscious of what she is doing and would sometimes work against her master. She has a good head on top of those shoulders, showing a strong personality most familiar with someone coming from Nihon.

Weaknesses:
Tomoyo, while hardly weak, is not suitable for melée combat. She probably would fail in a physical fight and not be able to handle a weapon properly. She is more on the defensive side and would only attack if provoked. She also wavers on different occasions, because of the number of times her memories had been altered. She could be, at one moment, working for Fei Wong Reed or against him. Her kindness and compassion for others can be easily manipulated against her by someone like Fei Wong Reed.

History:
The younger sister of the Empress Amaterasu, Tomoyo is a princess of the country of Nihon. It can then be surmised that their parents, the former rulers of Nihon, are dead and Kendappa had ascended the throne. Tomoyo was a yumemi [or a dreamseer], her power coming from the moon, and was born with powerful magic, including that of traveling between dimensions. It was this reason that, at such a young age, she was given the regnal title of Tsukiyomi, which is only passed to the one responsible for holding the wards around Shirasagi Castle and Nihon. She was a very important person, both to the royal court as a princess and to Nihon as the one who would protect their country from invasion and destruction.

However, there were two people eyeing her powers. One was Ichihara Yuuko and the other was Fei Wong Reed, both preparing for events that would eventually change and determine the future. And for that brief moment when Tomoyo's guard, Souma, had left the six-year-old princess unattended, she was kidnapped and taken several dimensions away by one Fei Wong Reed. He had deemed it necessary to take the princess after his several failed creations for his plans to be taken into action. With the princess gone from Nihon, Ichihara Yuuko would have not be able to leave the young Kurogane at a care of someone she trusted. He could then easily manipulate the boy's actions. Not to mention that the princess possessed powers similar to that of the Dimensional Witch. He erased all of her memories, something he found easy considering her age, suppressed her ability to cross dimensions and had kept her at his side at all times, including when he had cloned both Sakura and Syaoran. She is seen both as an assistant and as a tool for Fei Wong Reed, despite a dreamseer himself, to cross the Dream World.

Several years passed and Fye and Kurogane [both manipulated by FWR after the certain tragedies in their respective lives] accompanied the clone Syaoran and Sakura through different dimensions in order to retrieve the latter's memories. It was inevitable that Fei Wong's plans would be thwarted by the Dimensional Witch herself but this was lessened as there was no other dreamseer on her side who could predict what would or might happen next. It was during this time when Tomoyo was starting to show signs of faltering, the words "If the dream does not end" often uttered by her quietly. There were several instances when Fei Wong lost control of Tomoyo, including that of her meeting with her other self in the Piffle country, informing the coming of the owner of the feather as well as someone trying to get it. Fei Wong, while he admitted that it was inevitable, altered her memories in an effort to continue his plans. He placed a spell on her that would constantly bind her to his powers, even while conscious of his orders.

Despite all that, she seems to be aware that she is under Fei Wong's control but would not make a move until the very last minute. This would be perhaps the time when she had completely escaped Fei Wong's control and decided to release the prisoner Syaoran and send him to the Ichihara Yuuko's shop, asking him to give a message to Yuuko that she would like to make a wish in exchange for her ability as a dreamseer. Syaoran left with a promise to deliver her message. It was too late, however, both for Sakura's party and for Tomoyo. Fei Wong, although once more saying that it was inevitable, had set his mind into disposing of her. This was the instant when she was suddenly taken into Econtra, narrowly escaping death.
